Welcome to Chef Marty's Kosher Kitchen
Chef Marty’s culinary skills are evident in his diverse talent for bringing new and exciting recipes to Kosher foods.
His love for food eventually led him to pursue a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 1984. After graduating, he worked at leading hotel restaurants in the New York area where he perfected the fine art of combining unexpected flavors into unique and creative recipes.
In 2005, he joined Mazzone Kosher Caterers as the Executive Chef, and continues to work endless hours incorporating his passion for delicious food and exploring modern recipes for Kosher Cuisine.
Chef Marty is currently working on his first cook book, discovering the unexplored world of Kosher Fusion.
